PODIATRIST
Jennifer S. Jiménez, DPM, MS
Dr. Jiménez is a Washington, DC native who grew up in Falls Church. She earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Marymount University, followed by a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Georgetown University. She then received her doctorate from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed a three-year surgical residency at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Jiménez has extensive training in both conservative and surgical management of forefoot and rearfoot conditions, including tendon and ligament injuries, bunion and hammertoe correction, ankle injuries, wound care, and orthotic management.
She is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Jiménez is also an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Virginia Podiatric Medical Association.
Outside of the office, she enjoys working out, exploring different cuisines, and spending time with her family.

Erin-Michelle Acty, MBA
Erin-Michelle earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensics from Marymount University, followed by a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from American University. Her diverse background and optimistic approach make her a strong team leader and a valuable member of the practice.
Outside of the office, she enjoys DIY home projects, gardening, and spending time exploring with her toddler.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Diya Chordia
Diya is currently pursuing a B.S. in Neuroscience at George Mason University on the pre-health track, with aspirations of becoming a physician-scientist. As a medical assistant, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting a positive experience for every patient.
She is also involved in research focused on alveolar cancer, interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, and Alzheimer’s disease, reflecting her strong interest in understanding complex disease mechanisms.
Outside of the office, Diya enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Maryam Hashmi
Maryam is currently pursuing a B.S. in Community Health with a concentration in Clinical Science at George Mason University. With a longstanding passion for the medical field and inspiration from her family, she is committed to making a positive impact on patients’ lives.
As a medical assistant, she brings valuable hands-on experience, a warm and friendly demeanor, and a strong dedication to providing excellent patient care.
Outside of the office, Maryam enjoys spending time in nature, being with family, and trying new activities with friends, while also prioritizing personal growth.
HEALTH INFORMATION TECH SPECIALIST
Samir A. Shah
Samir earned his B.S. in Information Technology with a concentration in Networking and Telecommunications from George Mason University. He is a software engineering consultant specializing in cloud computing and AWS, and he builds and maintains the office’s technology and communications platforms.
Outside of his work, Samir enjoys functional strength training and personal development. As an avid runner of over 14 years, he understands the importance of foot health and utilizes recommended running shoes and orthotics.
